Having previously led product management and customer success teams, Vikki brings a wealth of experience from the tech industry to the HYD team. She's thrilled to now be able to apply her skills in technology and process improvement to enhance our services for clients. As Vikki likes to put it, she has her dream job of organizing an organizing company. 

As a recent resident of the Knoxville area, she's eager to further explore and get to know the community. An enthusiastic traveler, Vikki recently roamed Portugal for a month and successfully summited Mt. Kilimanjaro. Outside of work, she enjoys crossword puzzles, yoga, reading, and planning her next adventure.
