Position Overview

As Head of Sales at Help You Dwell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by connecting with individual clients and establishing strategic partnerships with other businesses. You will leverage your sales acumen to promote our home organizing and move management services directly to consumers while simultaneously identifying and cultivating B2B relationships to expand our market presence and client base.

Objectives of this role

  • Drive B2C sales by effectively communicating the value of all HYD services to individual clients.

  • Identify and establish B2B partnerships that align with the mission and values of Help You Dwell.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

  • Foster positive relationships with existing clients and B2B partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to individual clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the benefits of HYD services.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and initial contact to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with businesses, real estate professionals, and other potential B2B partners to generate new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and campaigns to support B2C and B2B sales efforts.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and cultivate B2B partnerships.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, B2B partnership development, and customer feedback to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and cultivate successful B2B partnerships.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our services to both individual clients and businesses.

  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Familiarity with the home organization industry and a passion for promoting the benefits of an organized lifestyle.

  • Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

  • Proficient in using CRM tools, with a preference for experience in HubSpot.
