Position Overview

As the Holiday + Events Prep Coordinator, you'll lead the charge in creating enchanting moments and memorable celebrations for our clients in their homes. You will manage, promote, and support all aspects of Holiday Preparation, Takedown, and Event Preparation throughout the year. You'll work closely with our team to design immersive holiday installations and flawlessly execute event experiences that leave a lasting impression. Leveraging your creativity and meticulous attention to detail, you will ensure an exceptional level of service and satisfaction for all our valued clients.

Objectives of this role

  • Craft captivating and bespoke holiday decor and event concepts personalized to individual client tastes.

  • Bring creativity and innovation to our holiday and event services, setting us apart as a leader in the industry.

  • Expand our brand presence in the holiday and events market, attracting new clients and enhancing our reputation.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering personalized experiences.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, empowering our organizers to excel in their roles.

  • Measure the success of our holiday and event services, continually refining and improving our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of holiday setups, event decorations, and immersive experiences in our clients' homes.

  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to source materials and resources for holiday and event projects.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our holiday and event services, driving awareness and demand.

  • Supervise and support a team of organizers, providing guidance and inspiration to ensure exceptional service delivery.

  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources to ensure seamless execution of every holiday and event project.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and bringing it to life with creativity and flair.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and innovations into our services.

Qualifications

  • A passion for creativity and design, with a keen eye for transforming client homes into memorable experiences.

  • Previous experience in event planning, holiday decor or related fields, demonstrating your ability to bring ideas to life.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, able to connect with clients and inspire your team.

  • Leadership experience, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and unique holiday and event concepts.

  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and promotional activities, understanding how to leverage them to drive engagement and excitement.
