People Are Still the Most Important Thing

What do a make-up artist, a speech pathologist, and an attorney have in common?
Lucky for us (and you!), they are all new HYD crew members!

Autumn has been in full swing for several weeks now and the glorious weather has been such a gift to enjoy. Since HYD geared back up in May of this year, we have continued to grow our team, take care of our health and the health of our clients, and pay attention to the needs in homes across East Tennessee.

Equipped with our newest uniform item, we’ve had the pleasure of packing &/or unpacking for 29 moves, 6 estate transitions, and completing 131 organizing sessions since May of this year. We are very grateful to have a business that can continue to bring peace and order to homes, the place we’re all spending more time right now, while there is such chaos in the world around us.

Scanning over the Help You Dwell schedule this month, I am, once again, overwhelmed with gratitude for the provision this little company has been given. Our HYD crew is full of new faces with decades of experience that continue to bring so much life and value to the services we provide.

During the Spring months many team members had to step away to care for family members or other job responsibilities. I love this team and each woman’s unique life experience that connects with our clients’ needs so beautifully. Thankfully, as Spring rolled into Summer, those gaps in our team began to fill back up one at a time with several new women whose lives and journeys have landed them right where they belong.

I couldn’t be more excited to introduce our new team members to you over the next few weeks. We are delighted to have Dacey, Nilah, Allison, Sara Kate, Joy, and Kayla L on board helping our people dwell. Be on the lookout for their bios and gorgeous headshots, taken by the very talented Suzy Collins, on our “Meet the Team” page!

Big love to you all!
