For the love of East TN in April

A few things to love about living in our corner of the world this spring…

Keep your eyes peeled for these native blooms in your own yard, neighborhood, or in the Smokies. If your allergies are out of control - the blooms are to blame, but at least they are lovely to look at.

Cheer on our very own professional soccer team at an upcoming match; there’s only One Knox.

Planning your weekend fun? Try free outdoor yoga, attend Dogwood Arts Festival in World’s Fair Park, and take your kiddos to an Easter egg hunt (one at Zoo Knoxville and the other at Stanley’s Greenhouse).

Once a year, the beautiful Baxter Gardens are open to the public- don’t miss it (April only)!

Spring is also the perfect time to gather a few friends or neighbors and host a yard sale. Clean out your garage, sheds, and attics before the summer heat sets in. Our team loves to work with clients to who want to make a big impact in a short amount of time, by sorting, purging, and prepping for a sale. TIP: We recommend making a promise to yourself, that whatever doesn’t sell at your yard sale gets loaded up for donation right away.
